We are very happy that we could win the championship today.
But we would like to win over Czech tomorrow as that gives us a lot of credits, too.
We built up the good team together with players and staff through the training camps before the tournament, that led us to these successive victories.

Japan is a very good team, so we knew it would be a very difficult game.
In the first period we played very well, but we made too many penalties in the second period. If you give a strong team chances such as power play, you would get this kind of result. |
