Czech got 3 points by the victory against Denmark with 3-1.
Together with Japan, Czech is the favorite for this championship as they were the 3rd place in the last edition of the event.
But in the beginning they had a difficult start and allowed Denmark to score the 1st goal of the game.
Later they played much better and in the 2nd period they scored 3 times, including 1 short handed goal.
By 2 goal difference they won over Denmark easily.
