The world championship is just around the corner and its host city, Nikko,
is decorated with PR-banners.
These banners are set up by "Nikko City Winter Season Vital Network" whose main body is the host venue, Nikko Kirifuri Ice Arena.
The whole Nikko city is supporting the last big event of this winter season.
